Abstract

Anotace Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh nové městské čtvrtí v byvalém vojenském areálu kasáren města Malacky. Hlavním tématem je revitalizace a oživení areálu, navrh noveho bydlení a služeb pro občanskou vybavenost, zlepšení kvality životního prostředí, zahrana historických hodnot, a jeho integrace do městeho života. Areal se nachazí v blízkosti do centra města, kolem dopravních tras, je omezen barieramy a objekty průmyslové zastavby.

Annotation The subject of this thesis is the design of a new city district in the former military area of the Malacky city barracks. The main theme is the revitalization and regeneration of the complex, the design of new housing and services for civic amenities, improvement of the quality of the environment, protection of historical values and its integration into urban life. The areal is located close to the city center, around transport routes, is limited by barriers and industrial buildings.
