Technologický postuppro provádění základů a hydroizolace spodní stavby

Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace bytového domu pro stupeň stavebního povolení. V rámci něj je řešen technologický postup provádění základů a hydroizolace spodní stavby. Součástí práce je potřebná projektová dokumentace, tepelné posouzení vybraných konstrukcí, vypracován rozpočet konkrétní varianty řešení a časového harmonogramu postupu prací. Založení objektu je řešeno pomoci základových pásů z prostého betonu C20/25. Hydroizolace spodní stavby je řešena z asfaltových pásů ELASTEK 40 SPECIAL MINERAL. Pro založení stavby a hydroizolace základu bylo navrženo materiálové složení a technologické postupy.

Bachelor thesis looks into designing of the project documentation of an aparment building for building permit. Part of bachelor thesis are technological process of the foundation implementation and the waterproofing of the substructure. Bachelot thesis contains project documentation, the budget of specific solution variant and time schedule of work progrress of technological processes. The foundation of the building is solved by using concrete strips C20/25. The waterproofing of the basemant is mede of bitumen belts ELASTEK 40 SPECIAL MINERAL. I have to designed the materials and technological procesees to make the building foundation and waterproofing of the basement.
