Abstract

The Bachelor theses include the marketing research of the employees satisfaction and motivation in the state administration (in selected company) with help of the questionnaire survey. Result of this survey will be proposals leading to an improvement of employees satisfaction. The Bachelor thesis is devided into an theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describe basic principle of the employees satisfaction and motivation. Practical part describes review of motivation and satisfaction in selected company by the questionnaire survey. Based on the survey I will try to suggest an arrangements for improvement of present situation in this selected company.
