Abstract
The title of my bachelor´s thesis is Employee Education and Development System in a Chosen Organization. The aim of this work is to analyze the existing system of employee Education and Development System in a ŽDB DRÁTOVNA a.s. suggest possible recommendations towards its improvement. A method for my research, I chose the form of electronic written questioning.
