Abstract

Main target of diploma thesis is to evaluate the performance of the selected company in the field of information technology for the period 2018-2022 and to create proposals and recommendations for improving the financial situation and increasing the performance of the company. The first part, theoretical and methodological, contains information on performance evaluation methods and calculations of individual indicators. The practical part contains information about the selected company and calculations of individual methods. The last part presents the results of all methods and suggested measures to improve the current situation.
