Abstract
This master thesis is focusing on a multifunctional overcurrent protection SIPROTEC 7SJ85 and also focuses on testing of this device. In the beginning we can find out the theory of electrical protection, where are described basic requirements, classifications and divisioning of electrical protective devices. Next chapter is aiming to a description of functionality of each protective modules that are located in SIPROTEC 7SJ85 and that are usually used for a 22kV wiring protection.
Practical part contains parameterization of protective modules of electrical protection for typizied field in substations control house. After that Omicron CMC156 test system is described and a suggestion of secondary tests is done. In the end real implementation of authors suggestion is realized with an analyzation how the electrical protection worked.
