Návrh využití pozemku p.č. 2410/51 v k.ú. Mohelnice

Abstract

This Diploma thesis is solving design and use of area determined by local plan of Mohelnice city, like area for production and storage and also dealing with traffic, technical infrastructure and design of greenery. Area is at eastern periphery of the city with a lot number 2410/51 of land registry Mohelnice. In this area was performed an analysis of initial conditions and therefore needs for another development of area were determined. This diploma thesis is elaborated in extend of territorial study with focus to dimensional study of intended building. Theoretical basics are described in the parts of basic concepts, local planning, urbanism, function segments and brownfield.
