Abstract
The thesis is consisted with several parts. The rolling process and types of rolling are described in one of the parts. Another part deals with the operation process in rolling, ie where the automation component is and what procedure is used. The design and the description of the rolling mills model making will be described in the following part. Program for PLC will be designed and developed in the last part. This program will control this model. Then the model will be instrumental to the teaching.
