Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh stavebné části rodinného domu společně s návrhem vytápění s využitím tepelného čerpadla. Návrh stavebné části je realizován s ohledem na dosažení co nejnižších tepelných ztrát objektu a tím i co nejnižších provozních nákladů v budoucnosti.

Jako zdroj pro vytápění bude použito tepelné čerpadlo vzduch-voda, které bude ohřívat teplou vodu v samostatně stojícím zásobníku. Systém vytápění je navržen jako nízkoteplotní podlahové vytápění v kombinaci s otopnými tělesy. Otopný systém je navržen s nuceným oběhem vody.

Bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě části: stavební a technická dokumentace. Stavební část obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci, která splňuje požadované normy a požadavky na technické posouzení stavebních konstrukcí. Část technická dokumentace obsahuje návrh zdroje tepla, výpočet vytápění a potřeby teplé vody s ohledem na technické vyhodnocení objektu. Součástí práce je vytvoření energetického štítku obálky budovy.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the design of the building part of the family house together with the design of heating using the heat pump. The design of the building part is realized with the aim of achieving the lowest heat losses of the building and thus the lowest operating costs in the future.

As a source for heating, an air-water heat pump will be used to heat hot water in a stand-alone tank. The heating system is designed as low-temperature floor heating in combination with radiators. The heating system is designed with a forced circulation of water.

Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: building and technical documentation. The building part contains project documentation that meets the required standards and requirements for technical assessment of building structures. Part of the technical documentation includes a design of the heat source, calculation of heating and the need for hot water with regard to the technical evaluation of the building. Part of the work is the creation of the energy label of the building envelope.
