Abstract
The Bachelor thesis focuses on behaviour, changes and business health of the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. during global crisis (2008 – 2010). My thesis further analyzes the company management observed in times of crisis. The aim is to show the impact of the economic crisis in the reporting enterprise and recommend solutions on how to transform company which is usually associated with the exclusion of activities or reorganizing the business.
