Návrh sportovního areálu, Ostravice

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is design of sports complex in Ostravice, the concept of new functional structures with emphasis on the proper orientation of the proposed elements and to respect the master plan and the limits of the area. The resort is located in a recreation area outside the village center, close to the river Ostravice and cycling path. The territory covers an area of 23,359 square meters, the building area reaches 503 square meters. In undeveloped area there are coniferous and deciduous trees and self-seeded trees. There is sports space currently no optimally used, so there in the study were three different variants developed in accordance with demands of the sport and recreation inhabitants. The work was in one of the variants proposed, a new solution of transport and technical infrastructure designed, a public green approximated and a calculation of the expected financial costs performed.
