Nové využití areálu bývalého zemědělského družstva v Malých Hošticích

Abstract

In my bachelor project I am proposing a new way of utilization of former agricultural co-operative in the city of Malé Hoštice which is mostly focused on activities which are beneficial for the city and also good suplementation for activities of nearby city, Opava. My project is analysing the actual situation of the area of the co-op and assessing actual engineering network. I have designed an urban proposal of the area. I also tried to solve the traffic situation and the connection of all objects to technical infrastructure. I have chosen one from all objects situated in the area and I have designed the architecturally-typological project. I have put epmhasis on connection of the building I have selected with attached children playground which is fully described in my work. Whole project is designed with regard to limited-abilities children and is focused on the needs of the city of Malé Hoštice and the connection of projected locality to neighbouring built-up area.
