Abstract

This thesis is concerned with the area of job searching for the people at the employment agencies. It describes whole development process of the system which takes into account the users preferences for single searching criteria during the searching process. The development process covers current state analysis, the proposition of possible improvements, the proposition of the decision-making process for the single variant evaluation, the design of application using appropriate system development methodology and finally the system implementation.
