Abstract

Main task of this thesis is design and construction of CNC machine. Assignment of this work was selection of suitable construction, hardware and software for control of this concept and creation of then necessary documentation. Construction frame is designed by German company TRON, which was designed for production of aircraft models. As a control system is used driver TB4-HA, complete driver to control 4 axes. For control is used program Mach3. The final product is used as a milling machine for production of small components and printed circuit board. In the future it will also be used for application of the tin solder paste on PCB and further processing in the mounting machine and baking oven. This machine is another asset of the prototype lab RC112 accessible for students in project implementation, support of their special interest activities and for simplifying electronics manufacturing.
