Abstract
Bachelor thesis inqures into analysis of mentioned fitness center in terms of offered services.
The first part of this thesis theoretically defines the terms such as marketing, management, manager, sport manager, SWOT analysis and also describes further, what is interview, survey and methods that can be used in survey.
Practical part of the thesis focuses on sport club Top Fitness XXL description. I also uses SWOT analysis, to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In the end of this part are described in detail all the services offered by the sport club.
The last part of my thesis is devoted to the methodology of data collection and to analyse data collected by survey. I evaluate the customer satisfaction with offered services, personell and with the level of cleanliness in the sport club. In addition to level of customer satisfaction has been examined, what kind of innovation will customers appreciate most.
Based on survey results were developed proposals and recommendations, that can improve the level of customer satisfaction and increase the number of new members and customers.
