Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the issue of alternative sources of heating system buildings. The whole work can be summarized into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of heating system apartments and houses, I analyze all available alternative sources, concurrently but other common sources. In the practical part, I had the task to choose a house or other heated object and determine its thermal loss and the need for heating system and warm water. Subsequently, I have chosen two alternative heat sources and compared them with one conventional source. The last task was the economic evaluation my selected sources and to determine a conclusion that heating system is best for a given object.
