Abstract
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and assessment of a hybrid heating and domestic hot water (DHW) system for a detached house, with the primary objective of creating an environmentally friendly and sustainable building operation solution. The core of the heating system consists of an air-to-water heat pump combined with low-temperature radiators and towel rails. The system is supplemented by solar photothermal panels and a solar storage tank primarily intended for DHW heating, contributing to a reduction in water heating operating costs by up to 60 %. The thesis analyzes the technical solution and operating parameters of the designed equipment, and evaluates the economic efficiency of operation in comparison with conventional heat sources. The design of the distribution network emphasizes high service accessibility of all heating system components. The theoretical part describes the operating principles of individual technologies, followed by the calculation of the thermal-technical properties of structures and the building's heat losses, which are essential for the correct dimensioning of individual system components. The result of the work is the project documentation for the civil engineering part, the system design, and the drawing documentation in the field of Building Services (HVAC). The proposed system demonstrates high operational reliability and a significant reduction in heating costs while maintaining thermal comfort in the living areas.
