Rekonstrukce elektroinstalace technologie plnění do sil

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí elektroinstalace dopravy materiálu do výrobních sil. V práci jsou popsány nejzajímavější problémy, které jsem při rekonstrukci řešil, nebo jsem se s nimi při této akci setkal. Popsal jsem také, jak jsem při rekonstrukci postupoval a jaké jsem při tom použil softwarové nástroje. Výstupem práce je dokumentace elektro, podle které se celá rekonstrukce realizovala. Během této rekonstrukce došlo k automatizaci celého procesu dopravy materiálu a k výraznému zvýšení bezpečnosti obsluhy linky. Došlo také ke znatelnému snížení poruchovosti celé linky.

The thesis deals with the reconstruction of electrical installation of transport of material into the production silos. In the thesis are described the most interesting problems which I dealt with or encountered during the reconstruction. I also described how I proceeded with the reconstruction and software tools I used. The output of the thesis is electrical documentation according to which was the whole reconstruction realized. During the reconstruction the entire process of transport of material was automated and safety of line operators was significantly increased. There was also a significant reduction in the failure rate of the whole line.
