Aplikace pyrolýzních olejů a klasických sběračů ve flotaci černého uhlí

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with verification of floatability of classical collectors of Montanol 800 and Flotakol NX that are commonly applied in the coal flotation plants in the Czech Republic and Poland. It also compares their floatability with oils obtained from pyrolysis of wooden chips. To be specific, the collector oil labelled KODP 1 was tested. It is apparent from the results of the flotation experiments that all the tested collectors may be used for flotation of black coal, especially for the flotation of cokeable coal. With coal that is currently used for energetic purposes (coal from the locality of Darkov and Jankowice) it is also possible to apply flotation, but it is necessary to apply reflotation to reach the desired floatability.
