Etické chování zaměstnanců ve zdravotnické organizaci

Abstract

The diploma thesis is oriented to ethical behavior of employees in the health organization. Its aim is to find out the opinions of doctors and nurses on ethical relationships at the workplace and with the patients and subsequently assess if these opinions on ethical behavior are in accordance with codes of ethics. In the theoretical part there are described basic ethical concepts, benefits of ethical behavior, ethical relationships in the health care, ethical management tools, used methods of investigation and research technique. In the practical part there is made the basic characterization of selected organization, further there are analyzed research results, given proposals and recommendations for management of organization. To find out the useful information there was used questionnaire technique and also information provided by the management of organization.
