Štúdia vplyvu duchovných a náboženských hodnôt na kriminálne správanie osôb.

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá skúmaním vzťahu medzi mierou religiozity, vnútorným hodnotovým nastavením a kriminálnym sklonom u vybraného súboru respondentov. Teoretická časť definuje kľúčové pojmy z oblasti kriminológie a sociológie náboženstva so zameraním na vplyv spirituality na desistenciu od kriminálneho správania. Praktická časť vychádza z kvantitatívneho výskumu realizovaného prostredníctvom dotazníkového šetrenia ($n = 179$). Pomocou štatistických metód (t-test, Pearsonov korelačný koeficient) boli overované hypotézy zamerané na rozdiely v kriminálnom sklone medzi veriacimi a neveriacimi respondentmi, ako aj vplyv individuálnej spirituality oproti inštitucionalizovanej viere. Výsledky analýzy potvrdili, že vyššia miera religiozity a pevné vnútorné hodnotové nastavenie štatisticky významne korelujú s nižšou mierou kriminálneho sklonu. Práca v závere navrhuje možnosti využitia týchto poznatkov v oblasti prevencie kriminality a etickej výchovy

This bachelor’s thesis examines the relationship between the level of religiosity, internal value orientation, and criminal tendency within a selected group of respondents. The theoretical part defines key concepts in criminology and the sociology of religion, focusing on the influence of spirituality on desistance from criminal behavior. The practical part is based on quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey ($n = 179$). Using statistical methods (t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient), hypotheses focused on differences in criminal tendency between religious and non-religious respondents, as well as the impact of individual spirituality versus institutionalized faith, were verified. The results of the analysis confirmed that a higher level of religiosity and strong internal values statistically significantly correlate with a lower level of criminal tendency. In conclusion, the thesis suggests possibilities for applying these findings in the field of crime prevention and ethical education.
