Šance a ohrožení MSP v mikroregionu

Abstract

Theme of the bachelor work is problems of small and middle enterprise in village Velké Heraltice.

The theoretical part is about the microregion Opavsko-severozápad, mainly about the village Velké Heraltice. This chapter also includes a brief characteristic of enterprise and theriotical knowledges. The last point of this chapter is the introduction of used methods.

In the practical part is done the analysis of the microregion Opavsko-severozápad, which deals with the village Velké Heraltice. I also analysed positions of small and middle firms in this village. It discovers factors which are contributions for enterprise, so strong points and opportunities, eventually factors which are affect negatively, so weak points and threats. In the end of this chapter I practised SWOT analysis chosen small and middle firms.

In the end work are summarized main knowledges of bachelor work. There are work projects and measures that are can contribute to improvement business scene in village Velké Heraltice.
