Abstract

In its theoretical part, the bachelor’s thesis entitled „Streamlining of the production Production Process in a Chosen Company“ deals with the issue of production process management and production logistics. These disciplnies are described and their goals are defined. There are also described terms as lean manufacturing and lean logistics. Subsequently, other partial methods and components of the issue are described. The practical part of the thesis was solved in the conditions of the company BORCAD cz s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to create and evaluate improvement proposals based on the production process analysis and identification of it’s shotrcomings. In total, 6 proposals were created. 1 of them is further evaluated in 2 variant, each of them are recorded in the Sankey diagram. Specifically, this proposal uses the rationalization of material flow in the inter-operational part of the production process.
