Hospodaření neziskové organizace v oblasti sportu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis and business activities of TJ Hrabůvka. TJ Hrabůvka is a civic association in area of the sport. The first part contains definition of the basic concepts which are necessary to understand the issue. The aim of this work is to analyze the economic activities of the club in five years, compare the management of two selected sections - Handball Association and Sport for All, what can be read in the second chapter. The final chapter focuses on an evaluation of the club with help of analysis of accepted subsidies with regard to overall revenues and expenditures for the past five years. Finally, I summarize the suitable measures that could significantly help to club.
