Abstract
Bachelor´s work analyses traffic offences and accidents in the Czech Republic, development and analysis of accident frequency and characteristic of pointed offences. Then compares punctual systems of some states in European Union and development of accident frequency in EU. In bachelor´s work are mentioned some arrangements that would lead to the reduction of accidents in the Czech Republic and to elevation of safety road-traffic.
