Abstract
The target of my thesis is to describe the actual state of private company in light of environmental aspects, plans for the future and the benefits for the company. And than to describe the principle, function and requirements of an environmental management system according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2004 and propose an efficient process of preparing the private company for implemantation of the certification by a certificate company.
