Stanovení stupně degradace materiálu kotlových trubek

Abstract

Offered diploma thesis works at the state of material of power plant tubes during working. The aim of the thesis is to check the relation between the structure, mechanical properties and residual lifetime in the time of sampling. One of potential methods, which is used in ArcelorMittal Ostrava, is assessment of residual lifetime by means of relaxation test on ring of permanent diameter. All the samples comes from power plant tubes of ArcelorMittal Energy Ostrava (i.e. power plant of ArcelorMittal Ostrava) – tubes from overheaters and combustion chamber, specifically steel grades 15 128, 15 020 and 12 022 according to ČSN (Czech State Standard).
