Návrh využití brownfieldu Riegrova vila v Horním Benešově

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is the proposal to use Rieger´s villa in Horní Benešov. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of brownfields. Part of this section is an introduction to the locality where the villa is located. In this section there is analyzed the historical and current state of Rieger´s villa. The practical part is devoted to the proposal for using the Rieger villa itself. It also includes a questionnaire survey, completed by evaluation and elaboration of a SWOT analysis for Rieger Villa. The most important part is the proposal for using the villa together with the creation of 3D designs of individual parts.
