Abstract

The main purpose of regulation of labour relationship is mainly employees’ labour rights protection as a weak part when negotiatiating labour issues. Thanks to collective agreement and collective bargaining and with the help of trade-union, employees could negotiate better labour conditions. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out weak points of collective agreement based on analysis of collective agreement and collective bargaining at Střední škola prof. Zdeňka Matějčka.

Theoretical part of this thesis deals with explanation of basic expressions regarding collective agreement and collective bargaining. Analytical part deals with description of basic information on chosen employer and its history and description of collective agreement. Application part of the thesis is focused on the changes and possible amendments, which the employer could rework or implement into its collective agreement within next few years.
