Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of solution to administration of trusteed property from the safety aspect. In the first part I deal with the role of the safety management and its division into the areas, which fall within the safety management and I specify more what these individual areas aggregate. The part of the theme is summarization of technical and legal prescripts, which relate to the safety management. In the practical part I deal with the concrete property of the primary school Mánesova in Otrokovice. I describe here the method of administration the property in the area of fire safety and fire protection and I suggest possible improvements of the present condition. The bachelor thesis contains 34 numbered pages.
