Abstract
The aim of this thesis is identify all business processes in the company, divide them into different categories, create process maps and then analyze them. After evaluating the analysis of the current state of processes is selected several processes designed to optimize. It is also recommended that the company must follow after optimization, so that was really effective. The first part comprises theoretical and methodological basis for the formalization and modeling processes related to process control, process analysis and mapping, and business process improvement. For all of these areas are described some of the methods, methodologies, techniques,notation and tools.
