Abstract
The subject of this dissertation is optimalization of product portfolio in a Joint-Stock company. The dissertation is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, essential terms are defined on a theoretical level. The second chapter introduces the company HomeBrands, a.s. and its brand BIOLIT. In the third chapter, all necessary analyses, which can influence optimalization of product portfolio, are provided. The last chapter focuses on optimalization of product portfolio and describes financial impacts of potential optimalization steps.
