Energetická politika Ruska a její přílišná závislost na exportu energetických výstupů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the role of fuel-energy complex, mainly the energy policy in the Russian economy and then to clarify the extent to which exports of energy resources affects the balance of trade of the Russian Federation. The method of description, comparison and simple linear regression were chosen for achievement of objectives. The first chapter summarizes the basic characteristics of energy policy and energy resources. The second chapter deals with the principles of Russian energy policy. The third chapter contains basic economic indicators of the Russian Federation and the impact of the export of energy resources to these indicators. In this thesis it was found that there is a linear relationship between the reference prices of oil, natural gas and black coal and the balance of trade balance of Russia.
