Příprava systému managementu kvality na recertifikaci podle požadavků ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the requirements analysis of the new ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard and its comparison with the fulfilment of the current requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard in my company OEZ s.r.o. Within the first theory part, I describe the essential concepts of a quality management system and their brief characteristics. Secondly, I describe a Quality management system based on ISO standards and its essential regulations are explained. The final part is focused on the theoretic analysis of key articles in ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. The practical part is focused on analysis and changes comparison between novel of ISO 9001 and forgoing edition of the standard. Based on this analysis, the changes in processes and process instructions were suggested and implemented. Moreover, new documents were created to be part of the new quality manual of the company.
