Abstract

The author of the thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in the company Ondřejovická strojírna a.s., which is in a state of introducing a new employee remuneration system. The author analyzes the employee remuneration system by interviewing and analyzing the company's internal resources. The analysis then revealed a number of disadvantages in the system. The author specifically describes the disadvantages and makes possible recommendations for them.
