Abstract

The aimt of this diploma thesis is to analyze the financial health of registered association and a subsequent proposal to improve the economic situation in this registered association.. Rufthermore, this diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical where the concepts and laws of registered association are discribed. The next part of the theory covers the concepts of financial analysis and creditworthiness and bankruptcy models. The practical part evaluates the financial health of registered association using absolute indicators, ratios and using creditworthiness and bankruptcy models.The last chapter evaluates the financial health and the following recommendations for improving the economic situation of registered association.
