Spolupráce manažerů a personálního oddělení při získávání a rozvoji zaměstnanců

Abstract

My work is focused on the issue of collaboration of managers and HR department in personnel recruitment and development. The goal of my work was to evaluate the process of personnel recruitment and development in chosen company in terms of collaboration of managers and HR department and propose the solution for improving this process. In the theoretical part of work I describe the competences of managers and personnel officers and their collaboration in personnel recruitment and development. In practical part of work I analyze the collaboration of managers and personnel officers in the organization Kofola. For analyzing I used to interviews wit the HR training specialist as well as with personnel director of Kofola Holding, a.s.. By comparing the actual situation and theoretical resort as well as by doing SWOT analyse I compiled suggestion of solution on improving the process of personnel recruitment and development in organization Kofola. The Application of the proposed changes has to be made with respect to financial possibilities, goals and perspectives of the organization.
