Nezaměstnanost ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie

Abstract

Cílem této práce je poskytnout náhled na politiku zaměstnanosti ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie, která se v jednotlivých zemích liší. Vybrali jsme tyto země: Česká republika, Slovensko a Portugalsko. V těchto zemích jsme porovnávali rozdíly v nezaměstnanosti, aktivní a pasivní politiku a hrubé mzdy. První část práce se zabývá vymezením základních teoretických aspektů politiky zaměstnanosti. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj politiky zaměstnanosti od 90. let až do současnosti, kde zmíníme dokumenty, které měly vliv na politiku zaměstnanosti. Ve třetí kapitole popisujeme politiku zaměstnanosti ve vybraných zemích (tj. v České republice, na Slovensku a v Portugalsku). Na příkladech z těchto zemí konkrétně popisujeme jejich míru nezaměstnanosti, aktivní a pasivní politiku zaměstnanosti a hrubou mzdu.

The main goal of this thesis is to give insight into the policy of employment in chosen countries of the Eureopean union that differs in each country. These countries have been chosen: the Czech republic, Slovakia and Portugal. Differences in unemployment, active and passive policy and the gross wage has been compared in these countries. The first chpater of this thesis deals with the specification of basic theoretical aspects of the employment policy. The second chapter is focused on the development of employment policy from the nineties till nowdays. Documents which had influenced the employment policy have been mentioned. In the third part, the employmend policy of the chosen countries (Czech republic, Slovakia and Portugal) has been described. The rate of unemployment, active and passive policy of employment and gross wage of these countries have been described on the models of these three countries.
