Proces výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

RESUMÉ

V diplomové práci se věnuji výběru a adaptaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zjistit současný stav výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro, s.r.o. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. V úvodu popisuji téma a obsah mé práce. Teoretická část blíže vysvětluje pojmy výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. V praktické části se věnuji představení společnosti Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro, s.r.o. a analýze způsobu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců. Pro průzkum současného stavu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti jsem použila metody rozhovoru, dotazníku a analýzu interních dokumentů společnosti. Na základě zjištěných informací výsledků analýzy jsem doporučila návrhy, které by mohly vést k efektivnějšímu systému adaptačního procesu. V závěru jsem shrnula obsah a výsledky mé diplomové práce.

RESUME

The thesis is devoted to selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen organization. The aim of my thesis was to determine the current state of selection and adaptation of employees in the company Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro. The thesis is divided into six chapters. In the introduction I describe the subject and content of my thesis. Theoretical section further clarifies the concepts of selection and adaptation of employees. The practical part is devoted to presentation of Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro Ltd. and I analyze their process of selection and adaptation. To understand the current situation of selection and adaptation of employees in the company I used an interview method, questionnaire and analysis of internal company documents. Based on my findings from the analysis I have created some recommendations that could lead to a more effective adaptation system process. At the end I summarized the content and results of my thesis.
