Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is the processing of detailed project documentation in the design stage of construction. This is a new building of a shopping center, proposal of its construction and material design. Specifically, it is a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton frame covered with a flat roof. Part of the work is thermal engineering design, building envelope energetic label and statics calculation of prefabricated reinforced concrete staircase.
