Analýza vybraných procesů v podmínkách Technoprojekt, a. s.

Abstract

For the purpose of application of theoretical basis gained from the literature used and from the knowledge obtained, I have chosen the project and engineering company Technoprojekt, a.s. In the company aforementioned, I have dealt with the issue of the system conception of analyses focused on key areas. In the area of marketing and business, it is necessary to carry out a regular monitoring of offer activity which is the principal mainstay for the realization of the profit activity of the company. The main focus of the company Technoprojekt, a.s. is the production activity realized in the form of individual orders. As far as this area is concerned, I suggest finish programming the outputs of the already established information software Premier according to the proposed structure of data, parameters and output. In my opinion the field of economy and finance in Technoprojekt, a.s. requires a purposeful completion and monitoring of parameters recommended in professional literature mentioned in this diploma thesis. The outputs of analyses in the area of human resources management are satisfactory. However, I suggest incorporation of this field into a document (manual) investigating the analytical activity as a complex. The aforementioned activities are carried out in spurts and not co-ordinately in Technoprojekt, a.s. For this reason and also due to the knowledge required, I suggest establishing and incorporation of a single seat work place of “analysis and controlling” into the present organization structure of the company as the basis for the system conception of this issue. The primary task of the proposed work place will be working out of the methodology in the form of the manual mentioned.
