Zajištění BOZP při vertikální manipulaci s břemeny

Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis is a description of hazards within a crane transport and a manipulation with loads, an assessment of health and safety of the technical devices in the company in Ostrava. The part of the work is also stipulation of the countermeasures with a goal of risk elimination. In a theoretical part there are discussed general conditions of the crane transport and the loads manipulation including the valid legislation. The main source of information for the work results from Czech national standards. The premise of torpedo car repair for a transportation of liquid metal is chosen for hazard identification and risk analysis. This manipulation is carried out by two cranes. There is used a method for the risk analysis which focuses on activities which are carried out within this operation. There is also included the usage of suspension equipments in the thesis. In the conclusion, a comparison of nowadays risk analysis with a new analysis is elaborated including the assessment of the proposed countermeasures. The suitable assessment of the hazardous situations creation possibility can prevent damages on human’s life and health which are irreplaceable.
