Abstract
This thesis focuses on the energy optimization of an administrative building through the implementation of modern technologies. The technologies employed for optimization include heat pumps, a photovoltaic power plant, and LED technology. The thesis analyzes the use of heat pumps for efficient heating and cooling of spaces. The integration of a photovoltaic power plant aims to harness renewable energy to cover a portion of the electricity consumed by the building.
Furthermore, the thesis examines the replacement of fluorescent lighting with the more modern LED technology. This involves calculations of new lighting placement and intensity according to the latest standards. The thesis also incorporates energy calculations from previous years and assesses the potential financial returns from the investment in heat pumps and a photovoltaic power plant.
