Abstract
Bachelor's thesis is focused on competitiveness of ABEL-Computer, ltd. Company. Aim of this thesis was to analyze position of this company in the market of alternative print cartridges and find its competitive advantage over other companies operating in the market.
The work is divided into two basic parts. In theoretical part were defined basic terms related to the subject of the bachelor work and described the individual methods, which were applied in the practical part. In practical part was also presented ABEL-Computer ltd. Company and transferred the analysis of its competitiveness using PEST analysis, Porter analyses and SWOT analysis.
In the last part of the work were suggestions made based on findings, which should lead towards stabilization and consolidation of company competitive position of ABEL-Computer ltd. on the market.
