Abstract
Theme of this diploma thesis is „Evaluation of Employees‘ System of Training and Development with the Focus on Possibility to Use EU Funds in PRVNÍ HORNOSLEZSKÁ STAVEBNÍ, spot. s.r.o. company.“. Thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of employee training and development with an explanation of the project Povez - European Social Funds. The second part is a practical-analysis. The practical part describes the company První Hornoslezská Stavební, spol.,s.r.o. and analyses the company’s current system of employee training and development. The result of the diploma thesis are suggestions and recommendations, which should lead to an improvement of the present system of education with the possibility of drawing European funds.
