Abstract

This thesis deals is focuse on measurement of customer satisfaction in the company innogy Czech Republic, a. s., specifically for a customer center branch. This customer center is situated is Ostrava. The work have a two parts, first is the theoritical one and the second one is practice. In theoretic part is describe characteristic this one bank and way out of measurement satisfaction. In the practical part I'm following up research and analysis of fixed research. This research was conducted in the form of personal ask about and electronic polling. Personal interviews were conducted at the customer center in Ostrava. Electronic poll was done using the google form. The results of this study can be used to increase customer satisfaction with innogy.
