Zhodnocení příjmů rozpočtů vybraných statutárních měst

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the revenue side of selected statutory cities in the Czech Republic during the period 2019 to 2023. The cities analyzed include Havířov, Karviná, Frýdek-Místek, and Opava.The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the framework of public administration and municipal budgeting in the Czech Republic, including the classification of budget revenues according to the categories defined in the budget structure. The practical part presents an analysis of the budget revenues of the selected statutory cities, highlighting differences in their revenue levels and identifying the factors that influence these disparities.
