Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on operational management system custom manufacturing of steel structures in terms of Machinery and buildings, a.s., Třinec and possible integration of duplicate performance of manufacturing processes two plants of the company.

In the application part of the thesis is to focus on deficiencies and overly complicated procedures for execution of contracts. On the basis of established facts are proposed recommendations, measures and methods that would help the company take advantage of its potential and increase competitiveness in the engineering field
