dc.description.abstractPředmětem této diplomové práce je hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice ve vybrané společnosti. Diplomová práce má za cíl vyhodnotit plánovanou investici ve vybrané společnosti pomocí metod hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje vybranou společnost, základní aspekty investičního rozhodování a jednotlivé metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. Praktická část popisuje plánovanou investici a obsahuje výpočty vybraných metod hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic. Závěr diplomové práce obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledků.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of this thesis is the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the investment in selected company. The aim of the thesis is evaluating planned investment in the selected company by using methods of economic efficiency evaluating of investments. The thesis is divided into two parts, part theoretical and part practical. Theoretical part describes selected company, basic aspects of investment decision making and methods of evaluation of economic efficiency of investment. Practical describes planned investment and includes calculations of selected methods of evaluation of the economic efficiency of investments. The end of the thesis contains an evaluation of the results.en
