Strategická analýza vybraného průmyslového podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provedení strategické analýzy průmyslového podniku, který vznikl v nedávné době. Pomocí strategické analýzy bude práce popisovat situaci, ve které se podnik v současné době nachází. Dále bude práce upozorňovat na zjištěné nedostatky a zároveň navrhovat vhodná opatření a doporučení, která zajistí podniku budoucí rozvoj a dlouhodobou existenci na trhu, který je v dnešní době zahlcen nabídkou různých služeb z mnoha oblastí. Podnik v současné době působí na tuzemském i zahraničním trhu. Analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí byly identifikovány silné a slabé stránky a dále příležitosti a hrozby. Vyhodnocením analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku byla pro podnik stanovena nejvhodnější strategie, a to strategie využití.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to carry out a strategic analys of an industrial enterprise, which has been created recently. Using strategic analys, the work will describe the situation in which the enterprise is currently located. In addition, the work will highlight the shortcomings identified and propose appropriate measures and recommendations that will ensure the company's future development and long-term existence in the market that is now overwhelmed by the offer of various services in many areas. The company currently operates on the domestic and foreign markets. By analyzing the external and internal environment, strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats have been identified. By evaluating the analysis of the enterprise's external and internal environment, the most suitable strategy for the company was the company's strategy of utilization.
